Supporting young adults age 16-21 years old, with experience in one or more systems (mental health, child welfare, juvenile justice, substance abuse, and/or school issues).

The youth group works as equal partners alongside professionals, parents and community members to improve mental health services in our community. This group supports meaningful participation of youth, and provides input about the best possible ways to provide services and supports to youth and their families.

Organization role:
• Provide family to family or youth to youth support on an individual family or youth level (e.g., peer-to-peer, family support partners, parent navigators)
• Participate in child serving system/system of care management meetings

Organization type:
• A family-run or youth-guided organization with a current or past affiliation with a System of Care Community of the Comprehensive Community Mental Health Services for Children and Their Families Program (i.e., CMHS System of Care grant site)
