Our mission is to partner with transitional aged youth and young adults (14-21) and their families through effective, coordinated, communication-based services in the most stigma-free environment possible.
NFusion X serves the needs of youth ages 14 - 21. We provide a safe environment to work on social skills, educational supports, cultural enrichment, mental wellness, employment skills and much more. This is done through partnerships with families and community members. We work on empowering young adults, inspiring families, and creating new communities.
